Jagmeet Brar fires another salvo at Capt Amarinder

15 August, Independence Day, is the day of celebration as we Indians got independence on this date in the year 1947. But as this date is coming closer, it is increasing the “nervousness” of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President, Captain Amarinder Singh. The reason is nothing but the own party member of congress Punjab, Jagmeet Singh Brar, who has been expelled from the party recently. His harsh tweets and frustration towards Congress party has become the reason of his suspension from the party. Jagmeet Singh Brar did not stop commenting harsh and negative things about the party even after series of warnings, so high authorities finally decided to expel him. He showed his anger by taking the support of social media like twitter and stated the reasons of annoyance.

brar

In a recent interview, he said that he has the entire details of Captain Amarinder Singh’s Swiss bank accounts. He claimed that former Cm has more than 860 Crore rupees in the foreign accounts on the name of his son Raninder Singh and wife Preneet Kaur. He added that Captain looted the hard-earned money of Punjabis and transferred the same to countries like Dubai, Switzerland and Pakistan. He has also saved the money under the name of some foreign trust. Sending money to country like Pakistan is purely Anti-National, Brar said.

With these statements, Jagmeet said that he is all set to reveal all the secret information of Captain Amarinder Singh and his family’s Swiss bank accounts. He added that he would do the same on 15 August 5, 2016. So, we all should get ready to celebrate the Independence Day, this is going to be special you know…!!!

Congress’ Boat Sinking in SYL waters

SYL has become the most serious matter of Punjab. But the question is if Punjabis don’t want to share their river waters then who allowed Haryana to think about this? Here’s the answer:

Prime accused in this case, Capt. Amarinder Singh took the worst decision and the Punjabis are still trying to bear the loss. Busy in his own life (be it be royal outings or love life), Amarinder Singh never really understood the need of Punjab.

Not aware of the Punjab’s situation and the internal conflicts of the party added to the woes. Termination of Water Agreement Act 2004 created a serious water crisis. It created a rift between Punjab and Haryana as well. Congress Punjab got the full support of the Central Government (Congress) in this case. The main occupation of Punjabis is farming and it is well known as agricultural border state.

Being known as “Food Basket” of the nation, Punjab needs more water for irrigation, farming purposes than other states. But Congress missed no chance in ruining this state’s prime natural resource i.e. River Water. Congress is the party which ruled India and Punjab on the basis of famous policy “Divide and Rule”. Where Akalis always claimed that they won’t let any other state take a single drop of water from Punjab, Congress did the opposite despite knowing the fact that Punjab has no spare water to share with other states.

Amarinder Singh did nothing in the favor of Punjabis. He kept himself busy in provoking and hurting the sentiments of people. He instigated the agitation across state a number of times. It’s been years now, but Congress failed to take any correct and helpful action in the same. For now, SAD-BJP government currently ruling in Punjab has taken a strict action to not share river waters at any cost.

So we will have to wait till this dispute gets sorted out. God knows if it will have a “happy ending” or “sad one”. But we must say Congress is really great at creating disputes.

Nirvan Singh, another example of dynasty politics in Punjab Congress

The Punjab Congress has been denying the facts of dynasty politics in the party since long but truth can never be extinguished. Amarinder Singh, head of Punjab Congress boldly denied the allegation of dynasty politics and facts say something different. Amarinder Singh, his wife Preneet Kaur who is sitting legislator and former parliamentarian and son Raninder fought election from Lok Sabha seat of Bhatinda. For Amarinder, this is not dynasty politics in Punjab Congress.

201

Punjab Congress has exposed in front of the people over the issue of dynasty politics as the entire family is at the party and both husband wife enjoying prestigious positions in the party. But, for Amarinder Singh, this is not dynasty politics.

A new face is being emerged in Punjab Congress and he is Nirvan Singh. The younger son of Amarinder’s daughter Jai InderKaur, Nirvan has returned from the UK after completed his post-graduation.

Nirvan Singh has been taking care of his maternal grandfather’s campaigns and he is also actively participating in social media. Amarinder has assigned the task of Nirvan’s training to his poll strategist Prashant Kishore.

Kishore has been taking Nirvan to different places so that he could be acquainted with the activities of the party as well as with the party cadre. However, Amarinder has not formally announced Nirvan’s name in the party but the sources in the party revealed that he would be given prominent position in the party.

Earlier, Amarinder took a u-turn on dynasty politics. He told the media that his son Raninder was no longer interested in politics so, there was no question of dynasty politics. Moreover, he had announced that the loyal party worker would be the replacement of Raninder.

The sources in the party said that Amarinder was scared after the Raninder exit as earlier his brother left the Congress so Nirvan was the only hope of Amarinder. He kept on insisting Nirvan to enter the political arena. Nirvan had planned to set up his consultancy in the UK but he dropped the idea to join his maternal grandfather.

Even Nirvanadmitted media that he has been helping his maternal granddad and handling his Twitter and Facebook account so that the reach with in the masses could be increased.

If this is not the definition of dynasty politics for Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Amarinder Singh then there must be another word for the proper definition. However, one this is being cleared that the tradition of family politics still continues in Punjab Congress. The political family of Congress party in Punjab don’t want the reins of the party in other hands.

Senior panel gave a miss to PPCC Meet!

Punjab Congress Committee never misses a chance to make a headline. This is all revealed that nothing is going smooth in the Captain’s team. And it is once again witnessed at a recently held meeting at Chandigarh where all the top slot players of the Punjab Congress committee decide to give it a miss.

The first-ever meeting of the newly constituted PPCC meant for interaction between the top leadership and members of the apex body saw various big wigs of the team giving it a miss.

Amarinder loyalists got upset

Those who doesn’t made it to the meeting were Pratap Bajwa, Shamsher Singh Dullo, Mohinder Kaypee, Sunil Jakhar, Sukhjinder Randhawa, Parminder Singh Pinki, Charanjit Singh Channi, Sukhjinder Raj Lali Majithia, Navtej Cheema and many more.  The reason for absentees was cited personal issues or commitments. But sources told a different tale that they preferred to stay away as they were peeved off at the way they had been placed in the new set up.

Turning down the issue, the Chief of PPCC Captain Amarinder Singh opted to choose the occasion to uplift the morale of those present. He talked about the recent and poor performance of Aam Aadmi party at Delhi municipal by-elections. He quoted, “Now the army of Congress is in place and our victory is sure.” The AAP has already lost in Punjab with a vertical division between the four MPs.

Meanwhile, Ambika Soni, Chairperson of the PPCC and State In-Charge Shakeel Ahmad asked the newly appointed office bearers to take up the charge and get along everyone to mark a victory in Punjab.

Also, putting all speculations to rest, Captain Amarinder Singh and party strategist Prashant Kishore found sharing camaraderie. Though Prashant was seated behind Captain, indicating the role being defined by the top panel only!

Whopping Rs 10 Lakh for sharing dais with Captain

“Taking a cue from AAP’s Coffee with Kejirwal, Congress poll strategist launched ‘Coffee with Captain’ to woo young voters of state ahead of assembly polls in Punjab. While AAP charged a cup of coffee for Rs 20,000, however, the price charged for sharing the podium with Captain Amarinder is Rs 10 lakhs.”

Congress is leaving no stone unturned ahead of assembly polls in Punjab scheduled for early next year. With an eye on voters from elite class, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) launched the ‘aam aadmi’ dinner events in the run-up to Delhi Assembly Elections. Top AAP leaders including Arvind Kejriwal attended these dinners. Following on the strategy of AAP, Congress’ poll strategist for Punjab, Prashant Kishor has launched ‘Coffee with Captain’ programme.

Congress’ chief ministerial candidate Captain Amarinder Singh invites youngsters for a cup of coffee. While those who register for the event are invited for a round for a coffee with Captain Aamarinder Singh, however, the price charged for sharing the podium with Captain Amarinder is Rs 10 lakhs.

‘Coffee with Captain’ a flop show

The well-orchestrated event is heavily promoted by social media team of Indian National Congress. During the course of events, Captain Amarinder is projected as a leader of futuristic vision committed for heralding a revolution of good governance in state.

It must be noted that the very first such event conducted by Prashant Kishore’s organization, Indian Political Action Committee (IPAC) turned into a disaster. The scene at the dais turned chaotic as the youngsters who had enrolled for the session, began overpowering each other while asking questions and began arguing among each other. In midst of chaos, the event had to be stopped midway with captain leaving the stage.

Punjab Congress to Get Zero Votes, Says Kejriwal

Punjab is roaring high in amidst of upcoming Assembly Elections due early next year. The ruling and the opposition parties are all geared up to grab the power in the state. Everyday rallies, events, meetings, new promises, commitments, growth prospects, development programs, plans are echoed through the loudspeakers by the political bigwigs.

Also, how could we forget the allegation part!! Oppositions leaving no stone unturned in blaming the ruling party. Despite quoting their own progressive agendas for Punjab, they find it easy to pin-point others.

201

Recently, Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal while addressing an event on Thursday quoted, “The Congress will meet the same fate in Punjab as in Delhi. ”

He simply kicked out Congress from the race but he forgot the level of uncertainty hovering over these elections. He even added that the Congress will meet the same destiny in Punjab as in Delhi.

Kejriwal’s speech is focused on the success of the AAP govt. in Delhi. He said, “If elections are held again in Delhi now, we will even win the three remaining seats too (AAP had won 67 seats in Delhi assembly out of total 70).”

Arvind Kejriwal always sounds over confident but his accusation against Congress was certainly not the wrong. Punjab Congress head by Captain Amarinder Singh has brought nothing to Punjab’s fortune. They bought only scams, frauds, money embezzlements and manipulations.

We will win this much seats

His leader Captain Amarinder always hit the headlines with his strange politicking strategies. Even his own party people don’t support him and his tactics. He created a rift in the party with his dictatorship attitude. Currently, he is on his political tour to USA and Canada. Though Canada govt. bars him to conduct any kind of rally in the nation!

The Punjab has turned into an electoral battle ground. So many happenings in the state pull everyone’s attention. This is going to be really interesting to know who is going to rule next in Punjab. Three strong parties viz. Congress, AAP and SAD-BJP alliance are there to play the perfect oppositions. The people of Punjab are perplexed to choose the best for the state because at the end its growth, development and prosperity that matters!

So dear Punjabis, have a happy voting experience!

Captain Amarinder off to USA & Canada as the weather heats up in India!

As the several parts in India soar high in heat, our carefree captain Amarinder Singh escapes to USA & Canada. Named as political tour, it aims to woo the NRIs for the forthcoming Assembly elections to be held in 2017 and for obvious reasons to beat the heat back in India.

CONGRESS 125

The Punjab Congress chief Captain Amarinder Singh aims at encountering the AAP’s (AamAadmi Party’s) influence on NRIs and garnering the Punjabi’s support for the Congress. Embarked on his 18-day tour he is accompanied with a host of party leaders including Sufi singer Hans Raj Hans and Vikramjit Chaudhary (Punjab Youth Congress Chief).

Amarinder’s wife and Congress MLA Preneet Kaur soon would return from her New Zealand- Australia tour and then would undertake a tour to Germany, UK and Italy.

So the entire Maharaja Amarinder Singh’s family is on an international tour. They chose the best time to fly away from India when common man back in the state is suffering high due to soaring mercury. It shows how much people-oriented the Congress team is!!

Also, some are of viewed that during the recent visit by Rahul Gandhi to Punjab, he didn’t name Captain Amarinder Singh as the purported Chief Minister of Punjab and out of this outrage, he flown away to USA.

Untitled353
Amarinder Singh’s wife Praneet Kaur & Son Raninder Singh under radar

The point is no matter how disastrous the Congress performs, the top slot doesn’t change. Both Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are on the top. Thus no real change ever occurs.  When Punjab got rid of Amarinder, tainted with scams, he bad mouthed Rahul Gandhi. But to everyone’s surprise he is back in power.Though his name is still pending to be announced officially for Congress in Punjab!

The rising infighting and indiscipline in the Congress has already shaken up the foundation of the party. It clears the fact that this party is running around as headless chook.

Such thug politicians forgot that NRIs left their motherland to save themselves the political hooligans. They can’t achieve their cheesy aims while sowing the seeds of division among the foreign diaspora and damaging their peace.

Captain Amarinder is been trolled the most on social media platforms because of his own awful antics, thoughts and actions. People of Punjab have gradually lost trust on him and his ambitions to uplift the state. His efforts to garner vote in Punjab would bring him success or not, is the fact still in doubts!

Punjab Congress struggle hard as Assembly Elections near Approaches

Alleged as the main challenger in the forthcoming Assembly Elections 2017 in Punjab, the Congress party is gearing hard to develop a constructive vote bank. The poll elections are less than a year away now, the unit of Punjab Congress party has been striving to turn the tide in its favor. But rather to moving towards progress, it seems to head on a self-destruction way.

The Congress’ chances turn out to be fading in the assembly elections due to the increasing in-fighting in the party. The ministers and members of the unit failed to share a cordial relationship. It has been discovered in the recent rallies and meetings held by Punjab congress in different parts of the state in view to share the party plans with its members or supporters.

The Punjab Congress chief Captain Amarinder Singh himself was ashamed on finding such nuisance and lack of trust among the party members itself. He tried to pacify the environment but no one bothered to pay any heed to him. Such incidents would definitely bring them no win. The tension grips the Congress people.

ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS IN PUNJABWhile the opposition parties take full advantage of the situation and leaving no chance to deface the congress party. Even the appointment of Prashant Kishore, a famous poll election strategist, is not able to unite the team as whole. While trying to give a political makeover to Punjab Congress chief, his own reputation is at stake in the state.

The appointment of Amarinder Singh as state chief by Rahul Gandhi (Vice President, Congress) is not welcomed by every member of the party. Rahul failed to please the disgruntled sections of the party. Next, in an effort to bring balance in PPCC (Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee), Rahul Gandhi put Ambika Soni (former Union Minister) as in charge of Election Campaign Committee. Again this move did not go well with Amarinder Singh.

The situation goes haywire when party leaders started raising petty issues relating to own constituency. The lack of trust and unity ensue the congress unit. A team which is not able to ally its own people than how could it be able to bind the entire Punjab?is a question to ponder upon.

In short, the Punjab Congress has been hurtling from one crisis to another and its leaders are voicing our differently.

A Battle between ‘Desi Lassi’ and ‘Western Coffee’

“Fighting his fifth elections, Punjab Congress chief, Captain Amarinder has already decided to quit politics after next elections in Punjab. Leaving no stone unturned to lave with lasting impression, he has hired well-known strategist Prashnat Kishor. While KIshor’s much hyped ‘Coffee with Captain’ failed to stimulate public imagination, it is inviting criticism from within the ranks of congress party.”

chandigarh-amrinder-captain-chandigarh-hindustan-students-selfie_3a4fe47a-f887-11e5-9a43-23ebef71ce06

Captain Amarinder has pinned high hopes poll strategist Prashnat Kishor and is hoping that the party would be able to establish a deep connect with youth of state with the help of much-hyped ‘Coffee with Captain’ extravaganza. The well-orchestrated event held by the team of Parsahnt Kishor has managed to create a buzz on the social media but it failed to draw enthusiasm of public at large. In fact initial few events were total disaster with attendees trying to overpower each other. In mist of chaos, Prahsnt Kishor was forced to leave from one of the events.

Coffee a western phenomenon

Senior Congress leader and former Member of Parliament from Faridkot, Jagmeet Brar had went on record to question the credibility of Captain’s much-hyped extravaganza. He stated that coffee is a western phenomenon and ‘Lassi’ is the flavour of Punjab. Brar felt that mass level contact needs to be built to understand the problems faced by the masses.

“Such mega events peppered with dose of entertainment would only help in creating a hype but would serve no purpose in making lasting impression on the mind of electorate”, quips Brar on the effectiveness of ‘Coffee with Captain’.

Brar pays the price for questioning Captain

Jagmeet-Singh-Brar1.jpg

Jagmeet Brar being a senior member of Congress party questioned the effectiveness of ‘Coffee with Captain’ in good faith. But not going well Captain Amarinder Singh, Brar had to pay a huge price by getting expelled from the party membership.

Living in an illusive world, congress thinks much can happen over coffee

“With an aim to shun princely habits of ‘Mahraja Sahib’ and make him mingle with the people on the ground, ‘Coffee with Captain’ was orchestrated to woo Punjab voters ahead of polls. But failing to make an impression, it is drawing public ire on social media.”

captain-amarinder-singh

Contesting his last elections, Captain Amarinder is leaving no stone unturned to make a mark in upcoming assembly polls scheduled early next year. Out of power for 10 years now, captain is going all out woo Punjabi voters. Much against the wishes senior Congress leaders, Captain ensured that the party hired leading poll strategist Prashant Kishor. It is noteworthy that senior leaders had put their weight behind Ambika Soni for heading the poll campaign in state.

Out-of-box, out of sight idea

Relying heavily on modern concepts of marketing and branding, Prashnt Kishor has initiated a poll campaign with a heavy dose of marketing gimmicks. But being a novice in politics, serious questions marks are being raised over his experiments.

chandigarh-amrinder-captain-chandigarh-hindustan-students-selfie_3a4fe47a-f887-11e5-9a43-23ebef71ce06.jpg

In order to attract young voters of Punjab, Prashant Kishor has conceptualized a Coffee date with Captain Amarinder Singh through much hyped ‘Coffee with Captain’ event.

Fails to make an impression

Heavily promoted on social media, this event managed to draw hype but the ground reality reflects a stark contrast to the image projected on social media. Captain Amarinder is projected as one among the masses, who has the answers to the problems faced by common people of Punjab.

The well-orchestrated event conducted by Prashant Kishore’s organization, Indian Political Action Committee (IPAC) failed to make an impression. First of such event turned out to chaotic as the youngsters who had enrolled for the session, began overpowering each other rather than asking questions to captain as planned.
