Punjab Congress claims to be an honest party but the IT department exposed the ‘thug’ who is PPCC President. Amarinder Singh who pretend himself a well wisher of Punjab looted the wealth of the state from 2002-2007.

The Income Tax Department had found various accounts in foreign banks owned by his son Raninder Singh. The department had called Amarinder for questioning and the PPCC head gave ‘wrong statement’ to defend his son.

As per the latest information, the department filed prosecution complaint against him in a tax evasion case. The PPCC President and his son didn’t disclose the untaxed foreign assets to the department. After the investigation, the department came to know that the both father and son have untaxed foreign assets.

The former CM has been charged under section 277 of the I-T Act (false statement in verification) and IPC sections 176 (omission to give notice or information to public servant by person legally bound to give it), 177 (furnishing false information), 193 (punishment for false evidence) and 199 (false statement made in declaration which is by law receivable as evidence).

In the complaint, the I-T department said during its investigations Amarinder Singh was “found to be the beneficiary” of a trust and other properties owned and created by his son Raninder in abroad. The complaint further mentioned that when questioned about these, Amarinder gave a “false statement on oath” about the ownership of these assets.

The department has sufficient proofs of Amrinder’s involvement in the creation of trusts in abroad. But, he didn’t reveal the information to the department. Raninder Singh has been facing the same complaint registered by the IT department.

The sources in the department disclosed that the complaint is equillent to the charge sheet filed by police. So, the PPCC head may face the trouble for evasion of Income Tax. When Amarinder was the CM of Punjab, he kept the statement money in his foreign accounts. Moreover, he lavishly spent the money on his lavish life style. He had also gifted a costly flat to Aroosa Alam in Dubai and a bungalow in Pakistan in 2007.

 

Partap Bajwa is hand in glove with anti-national forces

The incumbent Congress MP Partap Bajwa is hand in glove with the anti-national forces. A day prior to the attack on Nabha jail, Bajwa had talked to the Pakistan’s new Army Chief over the phone.

As per the information, the new Army Chief of Pakistan, Kamar Javed Bajwa is the first cousin of Congress MP. Kamar Javed Bajwa had taken the charge of new Pak Army Chief on Saturday and the Nabha jail attack incident happened on Sunday.

It is proved that there is a link between Partap Singh Bajwa and Nabha jail break. Bajwa shared the secret information to Kamar Javed Bajwa.

As per the facts, Partap Bajwa congratulated the new Pak Army Chief Kamar Javed Bajwa who is also the first cousin of Bajwa.

Amarinder Singh dumped the people of Amritsar, resigned from Lok Sabha

The people of Amritsar felt cheated by their Member Parliament Amarinder Singh who submitted his resignation on Thursday over the issue of SYL. The Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President tried to pretend himself as a true well-wisher of Punjabis. However, he has ditched the people of Amritsar who trusted him in the general elections.

When the people of Patiala elected him as their representative for the Punjab assembly in 2012, he remained absent from the assembly sessions and even in the parliament, his attendance during the sessions recorded six percent.

An absentee in both assembly and parliament, Amarinder failed to raise the issues pertaining to his constituencies. So, how come a politician who preferred to relax instead of attending session will be the well-wisher of the Punjabis?

He has also dumped the people of Amritsar as there is no MP in the Amritsar constituency and moreover, the by election is too far in the constituency. So, it means the political ambition is very much important for Amarinder Singh as he has nothing to do with the people of Amritsar.

There was no need to submit the resignation from the parliament as he would have found other ways to protest against SYL verdict. Hence, it is proved that Amarinder Singh is an over ambitious politician.

Desperate Amarinder Singh offers Deputy CM seat to Navjot Sidhu

The Punjab Congress seems to be in the troubled waters as the PPCC President has been showing his desperateness for Sidhu and finally, he is going to offer him the post of Deputy Chief Minister.

According to the sources in the Punjab Congress, the PPCC President Capt Amarinder Singh is still in the vacillating condition for Navjot Singh Sidhu.

The upcoming Punjab assembly polls would be the acid test for the former Chief Minister of Punjab, Amarinder Singh, as he has already witnessed two consecutive defeats in the last two assembly elections.

So, the desperate Punjab Congress head Amarinder Singh is keen to get the cricketer turned politician Navjot Singh Sidhu into the party fold. When the former BJP MP Navjot Singh Sidhu resigned from the Rajya Sabha seat, Amarinder Singh had shown his keenness to get Sidhu into the party.

At that time, he tried to please Sidhu and told that his father was the Congress leader from Patiala. Amarinder also told that he also hails from Sidhu clan. When Sidhu announced his new platform Awaz-e-Punjab, Amarinder took a u-turn and lambasted at Sidhu.

However, the incumbent Punjab Congress head has been desperately changing statements for Sidhu. Sometimes he looks annoyed with Sidhu, but he wants Sidhu’s entry into Punjab Congress so that the party’s chances of winning the polls could be enhanced.

The Punjab Congress has already lost the two assembly elections consecutively in the headship of Amarinder Singh and now the party has been contesting under his leadership for the third time.

Amarinder Singh is confused these days as all programs made by the party’s poll strategist Prashant Kishore has totally failed. So, that’s why Amarinder needs a prominent face because he knows that he alone can’t do anything so that’s why he is showing his desperateness for Navjot Singh Sidhu.

 

Reality check on Congress performance in midst of pre -poll surveys

T.V channels are all set with their assumptions, facts, and theories about the results of upcoming poll results? And the recent addition is the survey of India Today Group. As per their opinion poll, Congress is going to mark a victory next year. Their poll made a projection that Captain Amarinder Singh is emerging as one of the popular chief minister candidates in Punjab.

Maybe, PPCC President tried to “use” the “media” for the self-praise but totally at the wrong time. As we all know, this is the era of technology and we have all the proofs of India Today’s fake surveys and “self-created” results, which claimed the victory of Congress in the year 2012 also and we all know the actual results.

What’s the reality?

Keeping these “paid” results aside, what’s the real scenario of Punjab? Congress’ has gained all the popularity due to the “infighting” and “violence” created by its members. Here are some headlines:

Looking at the point given above, it is quite hard to imagine that Captain is getting “popular” and Congress is ready to mark a “victory”.

Suggestion to Captain:

So, we have come up with some suggestions for the captain. It’s better to face the reality than to hide it behind the “paid media results”. You should focus on solving the issues with your own party members, and teach them some lessons on “Teamwork” and “Unity”. Tell your youth members to stop misusing their political powers. Last but not the least, before publishing such “poll results”, save your own “CM Seat” because Sidhu is all set to replace you.

Rahul Gandhi demeans Indian Army

It seems as if the statement of Arvind Kejriwal on Surgical Attacks was not enough that Rahul Gandhi also commented harsh on the same. Congress President on Thursday compared the bravery of our soldiers with the “dalali”, which is such a huge disrespect to not just army but the whole nation.

Mr. Gandhi accused Narendra Modi of doing “khoon ki dalai” by saying that “Hamare jawan hain jinho ne khoon diya hai, jinho ne surgical strike kiya,unke khoon ke peeche aap (Modi) chhupe huye ho” (You are trying to hide behind the blood of soldiers who conducted surgical strikes).”Unki aap dalali kar rahe ho,” Rahul Gandhi said further during the rally in Uttar Pradesh.

Even after saying so much against our own nation, Rahul Gandhi did not feel like stopping. He continued, “Aapne 2 cheezeein zarur ki hain, ek Hindustani ko dusre se ladane ka kaam kia, baantne ka kaam kia hai,”.

It is here to note that earlier, Rahul had congratulated PM Modi for surgical strikes. This comment came after Arvind Kejriwal asked for proof of surgical attacks.

Doing politics on such a sensitive issue clearly shows the narrow mindset of our politicians like Kejriwal and Gandhi. Our soldiers are sacrificing their lives for the sake of nation and these politicians are busy in giving their “expert reviews” and asking for the proof is such a shame.

Without declaring CM face, Punjab Congress to release manifesto

The Punjab Congress has decided to release the party’s manifesto for upcoming Punjab polls without finalising the CM face of the party for the elections.

As per the information, the chairperson of Punjab Congress manifesto committee, Rajinder Kaur Bhattal announced that the party will be released on October 2 on Gandhi Jayanti or on November 14. She said that Nehru Jayanti is fixed as a deadline to release the manifesto.

Though the party has finalised the dates for releasing the manifestos but still the party has not made any official announcement for the CM face of the party in assembly elections. It seems the party will announce the chief ministerial candidate after releasing the manifesto and still the party failed to select the right candidate for CM face.

Even the party has played a stunt to choose the two dates for releasing the manifesto to grab the headlines in the media. The party has been identifying the stunts to woo the voters of the state by claiming that the party’s manifesto would be full of pro-people schemes.

It seems something is fishy in Punjab Congress as the party high command has not taken the matter of deciding CM face seriously and only a few months are left for the assembly elections.

The AICC has already announced the CM candidate for Uttar Pradesh assembly polls and the UP elections are scheduled after the Punjab assembly polls. Why has the party been delaying for the selection of a chief ministerial candidate for Punjab polls?

Perhaps, the party has been going through the process of shortlisting the names and the final announcement will be made just prior to the polls so that the party leaders or the workers could not show their resentment and they could concentrate on the polls.

Rahul Gandhi’s fake sympathy & failed campaign in Punjab

When elections become just a tool to gain power, the needs of a common man are often neglected & the latest example is set by Rahul Gandhi of Congress party.

Mr. Gandhi visited Punjab last month to meet distressed farmers where he had some conversation with a 60-yr-old farmer , S. Surjit Singh . Mr. Singh told him about the suffering caused by the crop loss due to adverse weather conditions including unseasonal rains. Today S. Surjit Singh allegedly committed suicide and the irony is that Mr. Gandhi showed all his “sympathy” to this man during his visit & even his “so called compassionate” picture made the rounds on media. 

It was 28th of April when Rahul Gandhi met Mr. Singh (in a white turban), who explained his troubles to the vice president of Congress during his visit to Sirhind. Rahul Gandhi, after hearing problems of Mr. Singh assured him to help, but we all know what happened later.

Congress party has been neglecting the needs and demands of farmers in U.P as well. We wonder if Mr. Gandhi cannot solve the issue of just one farmer in spite of assuring him every possible help, how would this party be able to take care of the needs of a farmer-state i.e. Punjab.  Did he come here just to get his pictures clicked and took Surjit Singh as nothing but a “voter”?

Are politicians above the law?

“An SUV in Mukatsar ran over a 10 year old boy crushing him to death in front of large number of people and no one including victim’s family wants to file a complaint.”

Why No Complaint?
Don’t they feel like guilty person should be punished? Don’t they think that any action or incident, which causes a criminal offence, is liable for legal action? Above all, don’t they think that a 10 year old innocent boy should get justice? If they do feel so, then what is stopping them to go to police and file a complaint so that guilty should get punishment for this inhuman act? Simple reason is that the car is owned by a “friend” of National Youth Congress President “Raja Warring”.

Raja Warring’s involvement in the case
Resident of Doda village, Gurkanwal Singh, a 10 year old boy was coming out from a barber’s shop after getting a haircut and a SUV hit him. Little did the boy know that it would be his last haircut as the accident took his life. Gurkanwal was taken to hospital where the doctors declared him dead. The car is owned by Happy Sharma (close friend of Raja Warring), but the local residents indentify the car as “Raja Warring’s” personal car because most of the time it’s Warring who drives it.

Threatened or Pressurized?
Dharminder Singh, father of victim filed no complaint and also denied for the postmortem of his son’s body. In charge of Doda police station said that they had registered no complaint, as victim’s family didn’t want to do so.

Influence of power overshadows Humanity
It is so sad to realize that we are living in such a world where people like “Raja Warring” use their “political power” and “money” to suppress the voice of downtrodden and prevent truth from coming to light. It’s high time when we should speak out and fight for rights to put people like Raja Warring and his driver behind the bars.
